Instructions
1. Season both sides of each liver slice with salt and pepper; then coat them in flour. Shake off the excess.
2. In a spacious skillet, heat 80 g of butter. Add the liver slices.
3. After 3 minutes of cooking, flip them over and cook the second side for another 3 minutes. Arrange the liver slices on a warm plate; keep them warm.
4. In the remaining cooking butter in the skillet, add the remaining butter and heat until it turns a beautiful golden color.
5. Add the vinegar and pour over the liver slices. Serve immediately.
