CALVES LIVER MEUNIÈRE

Instructions

  • 1.   Season both sides of each liver slice with salt and pepper; then coat them in flour. Shake off the excess.
  • 2.   In a spacious skillet, heat 80 g of butter. Add the liver slices.
  • 3.   After 3 minutes of cooking, flip them over and cook the second side for another 3 minutes. Arrange the liver slices on a warm plate; keep them warm.
  • 4.   In the remaining cooking butter in the skillet, add the remaining butter and heat until it turns a beautiful golden color.
  • 5.   Add the vinegar and pour over the liver slices. Serve immediately.

  • 4 calf livers
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 100 g of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
