French toast

Egg Ham
Course: Main course
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Make the omelet (eggs, salt, pepper ...)
  • 2.   Lightly toast the sandwich bread
  • 3.   Form the ham and cheese sandwich
  • 4.   Temper the sandwich in the egg (well soaked)
  • 5.   Brown in a hot pan with oil
  • 6.   Brown for 1 minute on each side (press lightly to seal the sandwich

Notes

  • Serve with a mache or mesclun salad Bonne appétit
