1. Cut four pieces of aluminum foil.
2. On each sheet, place a slice of cod, drizzle with olive oil, add a teaspoon of onion powder, and a pinch of garlic.
3. Crumble half a bouillon cube over each fish slice, pour a little water (about the size of a glass) and sprinkle with parsley.
4. Close the parchment packets.
5. Bake in the oven at 210°C (410°F), gas mark 7, for about 20 to 25 minutes.
