Cod fillet in parchment paper

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut four pieces of aluminum foil.
  • 2.   On each sheet, place a slice of cod, drizzle with olive oil, add a teaspoon of onion powder, and a pinch of garlic.
  • 3.   Crumble half a bouillon cube over each fish slice, pour a little water (about the size of a glass) and sprinkle with parsley.
  • 4.   Close the parchment packets.
  • 5.   Bake in the oven at 210°C (410°F), gas mark 7, for about 20 to 25 minutes.

  • 4 slice of hake fillet
  • 1 pinch of olive oil
  • 1 garlic powder
  • 1 onion semolina
  • 2 lemon broth
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
