Instructions
1. Fill the blender bowl with 1 liter of water. Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters, and place them in the steaming basket. Place the steaming basket in the blender bowl. Trim the cabbage, wash it, dry it, and cut it into strips. Place the deep steaming basket on the blender bowl and arrange the cabbage in it. Then place the flat steaming basket and arrange the sausages in it. Close the steaming cooking set. Cook everything with the Steam Cooking/30 minutes program.
2. Remove the steaming cooking set and set it aside. Also remove the steaming basket and keep it warm. Empty the blender bowl and wipe it clean.
3. Put the bacon in the bowl and sauté, without the measuring cup, with the Sear/3 minutes program. Add the sour cream and insert the measuring cup, then mix with the Reverse/1 minute/speed 3/80 °C program. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Put the potatoes and cabbage in a preheated dish, pour the bacon sauce over them and mix well. Serve with the sausages.
