Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the apple, remove the seeds and dice the tomato.
  • 2.   In a pan, fry the bacon, and in another pan, sauté the apple slices for 2 minutes with a knob of butter.
  • 3.   In a salad bowl, add the lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, apple slices, and walnuts, then season with vinegar and olive oil.
  • 4.   Grill the bread topped with goat cheese for three minutes.
  • 5.   Serve the salad on plates, accompanied by two slices of goat cheese bread.

  • 2 fresh goat cheese
  • 1 small lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 slice of sliced bread
  • 1 apple
  • 100 g of bacon cube
  • 1 handful of walnut
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
  • parsley (according to taste)
