Warm goat cheese salad

Hot goat cheese salad One day, a recipe based on chavignol manure, lettuce, tomato, white bread, apple, bacon, nuts, olive oil, vinegar

  • 1.   Peel and cut the apple into strips, seed and dice the tomato.
  • 2.   In a pan, brown the bacon and, in another, brown the apple for 2 minutes with a knob of butter.
  • 3.   In a salad bowl, add the lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, apple quarters and walnuts then season with vinegar and olive oil.
  • 4.   Grill the bread covered with goat cheese for three minutes.
  • 5.   On the plates, present the salad accompanied by two slices of goat cheese bread.

  • 2 slice of soft bread
  • 1 apple
  • 100 g of bacon
  • 1 handful of nut
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
