Fresh Smoked Salmon Tartines

Instructions

  • 1.   Finely chop the dill.
  • 2.   Cut the salmon into strips.
  • 3.   Mix the cream cheese and sour cream, whisk until whipped.
  • 4.   Add lemon juice and shallot to the whipped mixture, and season.
  • 5.   Toast the sesame seeds.
  • 6.   Spread the cheese mixture on the crackers.
  • 7.   Add the salmon strips.
  • 8.   Then sprinkle with a pinch of sesame seeds.
  • 9.   Do the same with the dill.
  • 10.   Enjoy immediately.

  • 8 crackers
  • 4 slice of smoked salmon
  • 50 g of sour cream
  • 200 g of cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 handful of fresh dill
  • 2 handful of sesame seed
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
