Instructions
1. Finely chop the dill.
2. Cut the salmon into strips.
3. Mix the cream cheese and sour cream, whisk until whipped.
4. Add lemon juice and shallot to the whipped mixture, and season.
5. Toast the sesame seeds.
6. Spread the cheese mixture on the crackers.
7. Add the salmon strips.
8. Then sprinkle with a pinch of sesame seeds.
9. Do the same with the dill.
10. Enjoy immediately.
