Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Pont-L’Évêque Cheese

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  • 2.   Cut 4 slices of cheese, about 1 cm thick.
  • 3.   Make a cut in the chicken breasts without cutting all the way through.
  • 4.   Insert a slice of cheese into each chicken breast, then wrap each breast with a slice of ham (or two, if necessary), trying to create a tight seal.
  • 5.   Grease a baking dish and place the chicken breasts in it. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the ham is golden, the chicken is cooked through, and the cheese is melted.
