Sausage and Tomato Rice

Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the sausage in a little oil, crumble it into very small pieces. Add finely chopped garlic and parsley. Add the tomatoes and zucchini cut into pieces. Simmer gently until the tomatoes are well cooked. There should be plenty of sauce.
  • 2.   Cook the rice in water; halfway through its normal cooking time, drain it and finish cooking it in the sausage and tomatoes.

  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • 2 glass of rice
  • 1 zucchini
  • pepper (according to taste)
