Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the onions over low heat.
  • 2.   Add the patties.
  • 3.   Once seared, place a slice of cheddar cheese on the patty and let it melt.
  • 4.   Once cooked, place the patty and cheese on one of the bread slices that you have previously spread with a mixture of ketchup and mustard.
  • 5.   Add lettuce and small tomato slices.
  • 6.   You can now cover the preparation with the other bread slice (with ketchup and mustard).
