Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the meat very thinly and marinate in the fridge with curry, garlic, glutamate, and sauces for at least 30 minutes.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. If you often cook Asian cuisine, double the proportions and store it in a jar. You can add a touch of chili sauce to enhance the flavor. Boil all the ingredients and set aside.
  • 3.   For the vermicelli, boil a large pot of water. Cook the vermicelli for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain and set aside in handfuls.
  • 4.   Sear the meat in a little oil over high heat for a very short time: the meat should be quickly seared to keep it tender.
  • 5.   Serve preferably in large bowls: start with the lettuce, soybean sprouts, then add 3 or 4 handfuls of vermicelli per person, 2 spring rolls cut into small pieces per person, and the meat. Garnish with chopped coriander, mint, and some crushed peanuts (optional). Drizzle with sauce and it's ready!
