Instructions

  • 1.   Remove the skin from the cervelat sausages, cut them in half lengthwise, and make incisions on the rounded part.
  • 2.   Sprinkle them with finely chopped parsley and onions, and dress them with a vinaigrette sauce that has been mixed with a hard-boiled egg yolk.
