Instructions

  • 1.   Peel your pumpkin, cut it into pieces, and cook it in boiling water. Once cooked, drain it and mash it with a fork.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, cook the fish without any fat and crumble it.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix the eggs, coconut milk, fish, pumpkin puree, curry, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • 4.   Put your mixture in a baking dish for 4 people and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
  • 5.   Let your flan cool down after removing it from the oven so that it can be easily sliced. This flan can be eaten warm or cold.
