Salmon Love in Parchment

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Wash, dry, and chop the dill. Peel and finely mince the garlic clove. Set aside.
  • 2.   Slice the mushrooms after cleaning them.
  • 3.   Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • 4.   Place a salmon fillet in the center of each parchment paper.
  • 5.   Add the tomatoes.
  • 6.   and the mushrooms all around.
  • 7.   Sprinkle the salmon fillets with dill and garlic.
  • 8.   and drizzle with a squeeze of lemon juice.
  • 9.   Season with pepper, salt, and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
  • 10.   Close the parchment packets
  • 11.   and bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • 12.   Enjoy.
