Spread the dough on a baking sheet.
Top it with tomato sauce and slices of chorizo, then half of the cheese.
In a pan, sauté the ground meat in a little bit of fat. Then add the spoonful of spices and a small glass of water.
Let it simmer and once all the water has evaporated, place the ground meat on the pizza. Add the other half of the cheese.
Bake for 18 minutes at 200°C in the lower part of the oven.
