Homemade Mixed Salad

Warm Goat Cheese and Duck Gizzards Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Assemble your salad
    Tips:
    Cooking soft-boiled eggs is better
    Sauté the bacon bits in a pan and the gizzards separately, don't forget to blot them with paper towels to remove excess fat
    Add a pinch of sea salt and enjoy!

Ingredients for servings

  • 1 green salad
  • 1 bag of duck gizzards
  • 1 bag of cherry tomato
  • 8 goat dung
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 handful of parmesan
  • 1 bag of spinach sprout
  • 1 bag of bacon matches
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
