Instructions

  • 1.   Place the chicken breasts between two layers of plastic wrap and lightly flatten them. Cut them into strips and place them in a shallow dish.
  • 2.   Add the rosemary, oil, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, 2 teaspoons of pepper, and salt. Cover and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  • 3.   Thread the strips onto 8 skewers and cook them for 5 minutes on each side.
