Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the ham, either raw or cooked, into small cubes. Also cut the bacon, smoked or unsalted, into small cubes.
  • 2.   Cook them in a greased pan for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Meanwhile:
    Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  • 3.   Pour the ham or bacon cubes, including the oil, into the beaten eggs.
  • 4.   Pour everything into the pan.
    Cook it like you would for an omelette.
