Instructions

  • 1.   Fry the chicken pieces in a little oil until they are golden brown.
  • 2.   Sauté the crushed garlic, finely chopped onion, and crushed ginger. This is the moment to add the sliced tomato (optional). Add the turmeric and 25 cl of water.
  • 3.   Simmer the mixture with the chicken pieces, add a sprig of fresh thyme, salt, cover, and let it cook for another 20 minutes.
