Instructions

  • 1.   Place the parsley and onion in the food processor.
  • 2.   Chop for a few seconds, then add the bread cut into small cubes, and blend for a few seconds.
  • 3.   Add the meat, salt, pepper, ketchup, egg, and nutmeg.
  • 4.   Blend for 5 seconds.
  • 5.   Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, shaping it into a loaf shape.
  • 6.   Bake for 45 minutes at 175°C (350°F), Gas Mark 5-6.

  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoon of ketchup
