Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and quarter the onion. Peel and cut the Jerusalem artichokes into large cubes.
  • 2.   In a pot, add 1.5 liters of water, the bouillon cube, the vegetables, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 3.   Remove the bay leaf and finely blend the Jerusalem artichoke soup, gradually adding the cooking water to achieve the desired consistency. Adjust the seasoning and serve hot.

  • 1 potato
  • ½ bunch of chives
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
