Crispy Chicken Wraps: Easy Recipe

Here is a good recipe for easy homemade crispy chicken wraps ???? The advantage of these wraps is that you can put whatever you like inside. Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken into thin strips and season them with lime juice, 1 teaspoon of oil, paprika, sea salt, and pepper. Mix everything by hand. Then sprinkle the chicken with breadcrumbs, covering all the pieces well. In a pan, brown them with a little oil for 3 to 4 minutes, turning them over, then set aside.
  • 2.   Whisk an egg in a bowl, add finely chopped green onion, and cook in the pan like a thin omelette.
  • 3.   Season plain mayonnaise with finely chopped pickles and tarragon. Cut the avocado and tomato into thin slices.
  • 4.   Microwave the wrap for 10 seconds before filling it. Spread a good teaspoon of mayonnaise, place the thin omelette on top, then 3 to 4 slices of tomato and avocado, and pieces of chicken, finishing with small lettuce leaves.
  • 5.   Fold the wrap inward on both sides, then roll it up tightly. Secure the wrap with 2 wooden picks to keep it closed, then cut it in half widthwise.

  • 4 leaf of tortilla wrap
  • 2 medium chicken breast
  • 100 g of breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon of four spices
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoon of sunflower oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of dried tarragon
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 bag of iceberg lettuce
