Pasta with soy cream and mushroom sauce

An easy and quick recipe for pasta with a creamy mushroom sauce. A timeless classic that always brings joy!

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Slice the mushrooms. Mix the chicken stock with the soy cream.
  • 2.   In a saucepan, sauté the garlic and onion with butter and a pinch of salt, without browning. Add the mushrooms and sauté for a few more minutes.
  • 3.   Add the cream and let it reduce for a few minutes until you reach the desired texture. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Serve immediately with a plate of pasta, rice, mashed potatoes, polenta, or a free-range chicken cutlet.
