Quick Beef Bourguignon

Instructions

  • 1.   Chop the onions. Peel the garlic.
  • 2.   In a pressure cooker, brown the meat and bacon in oil or butter.
  • 3.   Add the onions, drained mushrooms, and sprinkle with flour. Mix and let it brown for a moment.
  • 4.   Pour in enough red wine to cover the meat.
  • 5.   Season with salt and pepper.
  • 6.   Add the garlic and bouquet garni.
  • 7.   Close the pressure cooker.
  • 8.   Cook gently for 60 minutes from the moment the valve starts rotating.
