Osso buco in the Cookeo

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the onions and garlic cloves. Peel and slice the carrots.
  • 2.   In the Cookeo pot, add the oil, onions, meat, and start the browning mode on your device. Let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with flour and mix.
  • 3.   Add the carrots, garlic, tomato pulp, white wine, orange juice, veal stock, bouquet garni, salt, pepper, and set the pressure cooking mode for 30 minutes.
  • 4.   Adjust the seasoning and serve.
