Instructions

  • 1.   Steam the diced potatoes and carrots.
  • 2.   Fry an onion and 2 minced garlic cloves in a casserole dish with 1 tbsp of oil, add the potatoes and carrots. stir while adding the curry, tomato paste, corn.
  • 3.   simmer 10 minutes with the coconut milk and the broth.
  • 4.   Cook 5 to 10 min with the fish (over low heat), sprinkle with coriander

  • 800 g of fish fillet
  • 400 g of potato
  • 400 g of carrot
  • 1 pot of corn (small can)
  • 2 pinch of garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 25 cl of Bouillon cube
  • 20 cl of coconut milk
  • 1 bunch of fresh coriande
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • salt (according to taste)
