Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, mix the eggs and syrup. Then add the rest of the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
  • 2.   Pour your batter into a greased and floured pan. Add some walnuts on top of your cake.
  • 3.   Bake for about 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F).

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can replace the syrup with another sugar, such as coconut sugar.

  • 100 g of soy yogurt
  • 50 g of coconut oil
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 40 g of walnut
  • 30 g of raisin
  • salt (according to taste)
