Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  • 2.   In a hot pan with a little olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic with the ground meat for 5 minutes. Add the spices. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash, dry, and chop the parsley.
  • 4.   Add the can of tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  • 5.   Drain the red beans and corn. In a gratin dish, pour the ground meat and add the red beans, corn, and chopped parsley. Mix everything with the sour cream.
  • 6.   Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 15 minutes.

  • 400 g of canned peeled tomato
  • 60 g of canned red bean
  • 2 tablespoon of sour cream
  • 100 g of grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of Mexican spice blend
  • 5 sprig of parsley
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
