Scottish salmon and mustard seed tomato skewers

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the salmon into 2 cm cubes. Mix the mustard in a bowl with the soy sauce and 3 tablespoons of cold water, season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Place the mustard seeds on a plate and place the pieces of salmon on top.
  • 3.   Skewer the pieces of salmon and cherry tomatoes. Place the skewers in a dish, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
  • 4.   Cook the skewers for 7 to 8 minutes under the preheated broiler.
  • 5.   Serve the skewers with raw vegetables and the mustard soy sauce.
