Instructions

  • 1.   Step 1: Cut the phyllo sheets in half.
  • 2.   Step 2: Place a tablespoon of spinach (I used canned spinach) on the phyllo sheet, then a tablespoon of brandade.
  • 3.   Step 3: Fold the phyllo sheet into a samosa shape.
  • 4.   Step 4: Brush the samosas with egg yolk using a brush.
  • 5.   Step 5: Bake for 7-8 minutes at 220°C (428°F) or Gas Mark 7.

  • 5 leaf of brick pastry sheet
  • 300 g of fresh spinach
  • 150 g of salt cod brandade
  • 1 egg yolk
