Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the onion into slightly thick slices (about 8 mm).
  • 2.   Heat a wok with a mixture of butter and olive oil. Add the onions and cook until they are just golden.
  • 3.   Add the sausages and cook them until they start to brown.
    When the sausages are slightly browned and the onions are lightly burnt, add the broth and a large glass of water.
  • 4.   Let the mixture boil for 3 minutes.
  • 5.   Add the still frozen peas.
    Cover and simmer over very low heat for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
