Instructions

  • 1.   In a casserole boil a large volume of water and cook the steamed broccoli with a stainless steel folding basket for 7 minutes.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, brown sliced ​​chicken in strips in a non-stick frying pan. Deglaze with 1/2 glass of water and add the 2 cc of soy sauce + 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil + 1cc of sunflower seeds.
  • 3.   Add the broccoli and fry gently for 3 minutes.
  • 4.   Add a little water from time to time so that it does not attach. Serve hot with a steamed rice!
