Instructions
1. Peel and wash the vegetables, cut them into pieces.
2. Sauté the bacon with the minced onion in a Dutch oven.
Add the butter with the vegetables and cook for 2 minutes while stirring.

3. Pour the soup into the blender, then blend for 1 minute using the Soups function.
4. Reheat in the Dutch oven over low heat before serving.
