Pasta gratin with leeks and chicken

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • 2.   Cook the pasta in salted water. Drain the pasta.
  • 3.   Wash and slice the leeks. Steam them for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds in a pressure cooker.
  • 4.   Meanwhile, sauté the sliced chicken in olive oil.
  • 5.   Deglaze the pan with white wine and add the sauce base. Add the cream and the cooked leeks, season with salt and pepper, and mix everything together.
  • 6.   Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish, pour the cooked pasta on top, and sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese.
  • 7.   Bake in the oven until the cheese is golden brown (about 20 minutes).

  • 400 g of chicken breast
  • 20 cl of white wine
  • 2 teaspoon of chicken stock
  • 50 cl of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 200 g of grated Gruyère cheese
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
