Light seafood tart

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven (350-375°F), unroll the pastry, prick the bottom with a fork and bake it for 5 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, mix the heavy cream, milk, eggs, seafood (thawed), gruyère cheese, mushrooms, and season.
  • 3.   Once the pastry is out of the oven, sprinkle the crumbled tuna on the bottom of the tart, then pour the mixture over it. Sprinkle the tart with breadcrumbs and bake for 30 minutes.

  • 2 eggs
  • 20 cl of heavy cream
  • ½ glass of milk
  • 1 bunch of canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 1 bag of seafood
  • 1 small button mushroom
  • 1 handful of grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1 handful of breadcrumbs
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
