Instructions

  • 1.   Open the puff pastry and spread cream cheese over the entire surface.
  • 2.   Sprinkle evenly with cheddar, onions, grated cheese, bacon, parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Roll the pastry again.
  • 4.   Bake in the oven at 180 ºC for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 5.   Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into 2 cm segments and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 6.   Brush with beaten egg.
