1. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.

10. Then add the potatoes and red cabbage to the skillet.
11. Add a few drops of oil.
12. Season everything with salt and pepper.
13. Mix and cover the skillet with a lid.
14. Cook while monitoring the preparation.
15. Stir occasionally while waiting for the cabbage to become tender and the potatoes to become soft.
16. Taste to check the seasoning.
