Spinach, Salmon, and Goat Cheese Tart with the Companion

Here is a tart with spinach, salmon, and goat cheese, based on a recipe found on Marmiton and modified in terms of cheese by what Yotam Ottolenghi does, especially in his garlic tart. Very indulgent, this tart is really easy to make and can be enjoyed all year round.

Instructions

  • 1.   Put 350 grams of frozen spinach in the bowl of the Companion fitted with the mixer.
  • 2.   Add 20 grams of unsalted butter to the bowl of the Companion.
  • 3.   Put on the lid with the cap.
  • 4.   Cook 10 min/100°C/Speed 3.
  • 5.   Transfer to a strainer and set aside.
  • 6.   Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  • 7.   Put 2 eggs in the bowl of the Companion fitted with the beater.
  • 8.   Add 50 grams of heavy cream to the bowl of the Companion.
  • 9.   Add 100 grams of fresh goat cheese to the bowl of the Companion.
  • 10.   Add a pinch of salt (adjust according to taste) to the bowl of the Companion.
  • 11.   Add ¼ teaspoon of pepper (adjust according to taste) to the bowl of the Companion.
  • 12.   Put on the lid with the cap.
  • 13.   Mix 20 sec/speed 6.
  • 14.   Add the drained spinach to the bowl of the Companion.
  • 15.   Put on the lid with the cap.
  • 16.   Mix 30 sec/speed 4.
  • 17.   Place a homemade pie crust rolled out and pricked in a tart dish lined with parchment paper.
  • 18.   Add 60 grams of diced goat cheese to the bowl of the Thermomix.
  • 19.   Pour the contents of the Thermomix bowl onto the pie crust.
  • 20.   Place 200 grams of smoked salmon cut into strips evenly in the filling.
  • 21.   Place 60 grams of diced goat cheese on top of the mixture.
  • 22.   Bake in the oven for 25 min at 190°C.
