Instructions

  • 1.   Put olive oil in a pressure cooker (about 4 tablespoons), throw in all the ingredients (except parsley, coriander, and angel hair pasta) and cover with water. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes (depending on the size of the meat cubes) from the whispering of the valve.
  • 2.   Thicken the soup by adding the diluted mixture: a little flour and diluted tomato paste in water, then add parsley, coriander, and angel hair pasta.
  • 3.   It's ready and it's delicious! When serving each guest, add a squeeze of lemon to their plate.

  • 1 teaspoon of butter (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger powder
  • salt (according to taste)
