Turkey and Comté Cheese Roll

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the Comté cheese into thin slices.
  • 2.   Lay the turkey cutlets on a work surface.
  • 3.   Place a slice of country ham and several slices of Comté cheese on top of each turkey cutlet.
  • 4.   Roll up the turkey cutlets to form rolls. Tie them with kitchen twine.
  • 5.   Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  • 6.   Once the butter is melted, place the turkey rolls in the saucepan and cook them for 10 minutes, stirring often, until they are lightly browned on all sides.
  • 7.   Then add the chicken broth and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • 8.   At the end of cooking, add the fresh cream and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir.
  • 9.   Arrange the turkey and Comté cheese rolls on plates and drizzle them with the cream sauce.
  • 10.   Serve hot with cooked white rice or fresh tagliatelle pasta.
