1. Cut the Comté cheese into thin slices.
2. Lay the turkey cutlets on a work surface.
3. Place a slice of country ham and several slices of Comté cheese on top of each turkey cutlet.
4. Roll up the turkey cutlets to form rolls. Tie them with kitchen twine.
5. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
6. Once the butter is melted, place the turkey rolls in the saucepan and cook them for 10 minutes, stirring often, until they are lightly browned on all sides.
7. Then add the chicken broth and cook for another 10 minutes.
8. At the end of cooking, add the fresh cream and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir.
9. Arrange the turkey and Comté cheese rolls on plates and drizzle them with the cream sauce.
10. Serve hot with cooked white rice or fresh tagliatelle pasta.
