1. Preheat the pot of oil. Cut the camembert in half widthwise, remove the cheese from the camembert and place it in a small pot, add the diced ham, mix for 1 minute without cooking the ham. Place them in the hollows of the camembert.
2. In a hot pan, place the 2 slices of bread, brown them on both sides then remove them and place them on 1 half of the camembert. Close the camemberts. Cut the camembert into 4 or 2 pieces according to your hunger.
3. Bread the camembert halves, dip them in flour, egg yolks, then in breadcrumbs (or panko or instant mashed potato flakes), immerse them in hot frying oil, turn them over to brown. Drain them on a plate with a sheet of paper towel to remove excess grease and serve with a salad seasoned with olive oil and cider or apple vinegar.
