Instructions

  • 1.   In a thick-bottomed pot, brown the pieces of veal.
  • 2.   Add the onions and garlic. Sprinkle with flour and mix well.
  • 3.   Pour in white wine, season with tomato, salt, pepper, and add the bouquet garni.
  • 4.   Cook covered for 1 hour.
  • 5.   After this time, add the mushrooms and simmer for another 15 minutes.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Add more broth to moisten the meat a little more.
