Instructions

  • 1.   Mix together the cottage cheese, oat flakes (blended or not), yeast, milk, and spices.
  • 2.   Grate the carrot and zucchini, cut the feta into cubes, and add them to the batter.
  • 3.   Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.
