Instructions

  • 1.   Start by peeling and cutting your onion
  • 2.   Sauté it in 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan
  • 3.   Meanwhile, peel your mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Add them to the onion
  • 4.   Wash and cut your cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the mixture
  • 5.   While everything is cooking, cut the bacon into small pieces and add it to the mixture
  • 6.   Finish by adding mustard, salt, and pepper. You can add spices according to your taste
  • 7.   Prepare your 8 sheets of phyllo dough and fill them with your mixture.
    To do this, place one-eighth of the mixture in the center of each sheet and fold the 4 sides. Flip it over and place it on a baking sheet.
  • 8.   Repeat the process 8 times and brush your sheets with 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 9.   Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F)
