Instructions
1. Start by peeling and cutting your onion
2. Sauté it in 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan
3. Meanwhile, peel your mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Add them to the onion
4. Wash and cut your cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the mixture
5. While everything is cooking, cut the bacon into small pieces and add it to the mixture
6. Finish by adding mustard, salt, and pepper. You can add spices according to your taste
7. Prepare your 8 sheets of phyllo dough and fill them with your mixture.
To do this, place one-eighth of the mixture in the center of each sheet and fold the 4 sides. Flip it over and place it on a baking sheet.
8. Repeat the process 8 times and brush your sheets with 2 tablespoons of oil
9. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F)
