1. Before starting
Due to recent weather conditions, our supplier was unable to meet our quality requirements for zucchini. That's why we have modified this recipe to bring you a unique experience while still maintaining the desired amount of vegetables.
Read all the steps, gather the necessary ingredients and utensils, and rinse the fruits and vegetables!
2. The beef
In a sauté pan, heat a drizzle of cooking oil (unless it's non-stick) over high heat.
Sauté the sliced Charolais beef for 2 to 3 minutes.
Cut the shallot in half, peel it, and slice it thinly.
Cut the carrot into thin sticks (about 0.5 cm).
Cut the bell pepper into very thin strips.
Set the beef aside on a plate.
3. The vegetables
In the same sauté pan, heat a drizzle of cooking oil over medium-high heat.
Sauté the carrot, bell pepper, and shallot for about 5 minutes.
Squeeze the whole garlic clove with the skin on or mince it.
Then add the garlic and continue cooking for 7 to 10 minutes until the vegetables are slightly crunchy. Season with pepper (do not add salt, as the soy sauce will provide saltiness).
After 10 minutes of cooking the vegetables, add the beef and mix well.
4. The ramen noodles
Bring a pot of water to a boil to cook the noodles. Once the water is hot, cook the noodles for 5 minutes.
Once cooked, drain them and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process.
5. At the table!
When everything is cooked, off the heat, add the noodles and soy sauce to the sauté pan. Mix well.
Cut the lemon into quarters.
6. Serve the charolais beef stir-fry with ramen noodles, drizzled with a squeeze of lemon juice.
