Instructions

  • 1.   In a saucepan, bring a large volume of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • 2.   In a non-stick skillet, melt 20g of butter. Add the fish fillets and cook them over low heat, regularly basting them with the cooking juices.
  • 3.   Return the broccoli to the saucepan and heat gently. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Blend or mash until you obtain a puree. Season with salt and pepper and keep warm.
  • 4.   Finish cooking the fish. Drizzle with lemon juice and Cayenne pepper. Serve each plate with the broccoli puree and a cod fillet. Enjoy immediately.
  • 5.   Tip: You can also pour a little cream over the fish to deglaze the cooking juices.
