Black pudding with onion mash!

Make a mash, sauté onions until golden, mix the sautéed onions into the mash and lightly gratinée in the oven (serve with extra sautéed onions on the side according to your preference).

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the onions. Slice and sauté them in a pan until they become glossy. (keep warm). Peel the potatoes and make your mash, (place the potatoes in cold water, cut them into 4 pieces, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 to 15 minutes depending on the size of your potatoes, drain them). Step 2:
  • 2.   Mash the potatoes to obtain a smooth mash, add milk, egg, onions, butter, salt, and white pepper. Put the mash in a dish and lightly gratinée in the oven. Then sauté the black puddings in butter.

  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 blood sausages
  • 15 g of grated emmental
  • 3 onions
  • 10 cl of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 6 potatoes
