Instructions

  • 1.   Put 450 grams of pork tenderloin cut into cubes in a container
  • 2.   Add 1 tablespoon of colombo to the meat
  • 3.   Add 1 teaspoon of curry to the meat
  • 4.   Add ½ teaspoon of salt to the meat
  • 5.   Add 20 grams of sunflower oil to the meat
  • 6.   Mix and place everything in a freezer bag.
  • 7.   Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • 8.   Put 1 peeled and quartered yellow onion in the Companion bowl with the ultrablade.
  • 9.   Add 1 clove of garlic to the Companion bowl.
  • 10.   Add 5 grams of peeled ginger to the Companion bowl.
  • 11.   Put on the lid with the cap.
  • 12.   Mix 5 sec/speed 7.
  • 13.   Replace the ultrablade with the mixer, add 20 grams of sunflower oil to the Companion bowl.
  • 14.   Put on the lid with the cap.
  • 15.   Sauté for 3 min 30 sec/120°C/Speed 4.
  • 16.   Add 200 grams of pineapple juice from the can to the Companion.
  • 17.   Add 2 tablespoons of amber rum to the Companion bowl.
  • 18.   Put on the lid with the cap.
  • 19.   Cook for 4 min/110°C/speed 3.
  • 20.   Add the pieces of pork tenderloin to the Companion.
  • 21.   Add the steamer.
  • 22.   Put 300 grams of drained and sliced pineapple pieces in the steamer.
  • 23.   Cook for 12 min/100°C/4.
  • 24.   Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch diluted in a little water to the Companion bowl.
  • 25.   Add 1 tablespoon of liquid honey to the Companion bowl.
  • 26.   Cook for 5 min/100°C/speed 3.
  • 27.   Serve immediately with rice.

Notes & Suggestions

  • If you are using frozen pineapple, take out the bag, pour the pineapple cubes into a dish, and let them thaw slowly. For the juice, use pure pineapple juice.
