Stuffed Avocado with Crab Meat

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the avocado in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon, then dice it into small pieces.
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix the crab meat with the avocado.
  • 3.   In a separate bowl, make the sauce with lemon juice, cream cheese, and a few drops of Tabasco. Add some pepper, then mix it with the avocado and crab meat.
  • 4.   Stuff the avocado halves with the mixture, then sprinkle with chili powder.
    Serve with raw vegetables.
