Instructions
1. Start by peeling and finely chopping the shallots.
2. Peel and grate the carrots.
3. In a non-stick pan, sauté the shallots for 3 to 4 minutes, then add the grated carrots and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, crumble the ground beef and add it to the vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add the mustard, tomato sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
6. Prepare 4 sheets of phyllo dough and fill them with the mixture.
To do this, place a quarter of the mixture in the center of each sheet and fold the 4 sides over it.
Flip them over and place them on a baking sheet. Brush the sheets with 1 tablespoon of oil.
7. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
