Zucchini and Broccoli Tart Nanie

Instructions

  • 1.   In a pan, sauté the onions, zucchini, and broccoli.
  • 2.   In a separate bowl, mix the flour, ras el maboul, salt, dill, drained tuna, eggs, and cream.
  • 3.   In an oven-safe dish, roll out the pie crust and prick it with a fork. Then add the grilled vegetables and cover with the cream, egg, and flour mixture. Presentation: add sliced tomatoes on top, followed by the grated cheese.
  • 4.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes. Then bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

  • 2 large zucchini
  • 2 medium onion
  • 6 large frozen broccoli
  • 3 tablespoon of T55 flour
  • 2 tablespoon of dried dill
  • 1 medium canned tuna in oil (drained weight)
  • 20 cl of semi-thick cream
  • 5 medium egg
  • 2 teaspoon of ras el-hanout
  • 2 large tomato
  • 150 g of grated Gruyère cheese
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
